Chris Dalfo, President

Chris Dalfo formerly a Senior Vice President of Land Acquisition for KB Home Florida. KB Home is one of the top 5 largest homebuilding companies in the U.S. and among the Fortune 500 companies.  KB Home is headquartered in Los Angeles, CA and is active in 15 U.S. states. 
 

Mr. Dalfo was responsible for acquisitions, disposition and transaction structuring for Florida.  Prior to this role, Mr. Dalfo developed the Treasure Coast division land department to include market research, acquisition, entitlement, development and community operations; expanding the division’s portfolio to control over 6,500 lots including mixed use master plan parcels.  

Prior to joining KB Home, Mr. Dalfo spent the last 12 years in south Florida with Atlantic Gulf Communities the successor to General Development the master developer of many Florida communities and Mercedes Homes a regional homebuilder building over 5,000 homes per year.  During these 12 years, he held positions of regional vice president of sales, regional vice president of land and senior land manager where he oversaw all facets of the business, including acquisition, disposition, land strategy, entitlement, market research, new home sales.
